Launching the vanilla loader works fine. So I'm down to mods and MO2, but I've already tried deactivations to see if it'd launch. I tried a quarter, half, and 75% deactivation.

I have tried changing the directory that SKSE launches from (the binary column) but it just changes back to "D:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Skyrim\Mod Organizer\stylesheets" every time I launch I am running MO in admin so that is not a problem.
